Day One
:

BANGKOK
On the first day of this fascinating tour, you will be picked up in the morning from your hotel and be escorted to our office where you will be formally welcomed. We will begin by going over the busy, but fun itinerary we have in store for you.
Next, you will feast on a scrumptious brunch and share with us your own personal expectations. We are here to help you, so it is imperative to us that we understand your needs so that we may provide you with any personalized services you require.
Then you will be whisked away to visit a few developments first hand. We will conclude our "work day" with a seminar regarding pertinent legal issues in Thailand.
As evening descends upon the "City of Angels" you will relax as you enjoy a variety of delicious and authentic Thai delicacies at one of the rated restaurants in the heart of Bangkok.

Day Two

HUA HIN
On day two you will be picked you up early in the morning and travel to the resort city of Hua Hin, which is approximately 220km from Bangkok.
Hua hin is a fascinating city. For years this sleepy little town enjoyed great prestige among Thai nationals. In fact, Hua Hin was the original holiday destination for royalty and jet-setters, who would escape from Bangkok’s unbearable heat every summer on a procession of elephants.
After a refreshing coffee break, we will begin visiting a variety of developments. For lunch we will feast at a sea-front restaurant. After lunch you will have a couple of hours free to discover the amazing bargains in Hua Hin’s many shopping venues, or perhaps you would like to indulge in a relaxing foot massage. Before we return to Bangkok you will be provided with a tasty dinner at a traditional seafood restaurant located in the heart of Hua Hin.

Day Three

PATTAYA - PHUKET
In just a few decades, Pattaya has transformed from a quaint little fishing community into Thailand's most booming resort. Pattaya is in a key central location and is one of the most enigmatic cities in Thailand.
Day three is a fun filled day of adventure in which you will make many new discoveries. You will be picked up early in the morning at your hotel and travel to Pattaya, which is about 140km from Bangkok. You will begin your busy day by visiting a few developments. Afterwards you will enjoy a quick lunch before going to the airport for a short flight to the paradise of Phuket.
After you have checked in at the hotel, you will have a couple of hours of free time to explore any of the multiple leisure activities available in Phuket or shop till you drop. Finally we will all dine together in one of the many fine restaurants in Patong Beach.

Day Four

PHUKET
The dream of escaping to an idyllic tropical island becomes a reality on Phuket, Thailand’s southern paradise, one of the most famous destinations in the world!
On your last day of the tour we will visit a variety of different developments. You will take a relaxing bus tour of Phuket and then enjoy a pleasant lunch before taking a flight back to Bangkok late in the afternoon.

All tours are sold as is and are subject to change without prior notice. Customers which reserve a tour will be notified by Email of any changes to the tour.
Cancelation Policy
Cancellations received one month before the beginning of the tour will receive a refund, less a $150 penalty
per person.
From one month before to 15 days before a refund less a $350 penalty per person will be given.
Less than 15 days before, the real estate tour fee is non-refundable.
