Company Vauban is pleased to present their Pure Real Estate Tour Thailand, 3 days of touring prime real estate in major resort areas in the Kingdom, June 2007!

Concept:
Our purpose is to provide clients properties and associate services for both pleasure and investment. A second dream home in an earthly paradise where they will live their life in the way they always wanted, while making a satisfactory return on their investment.

The aim of the tour is to almost entirely focus on Real Estate.The tour will combine a few hours of general seminar sessions explaining any legal issues or considerations for obtaining real estate financing. There will then be a general overview of real estate in Thailand with a tour taking clients to look at properties and developments.

As Company Vauban is a truly independent company, these projects are carefully selected by us to be secure, beautiful, suiting foreign needs, with an attractive return.

Schedule
Day 01 : June 14th : Arrival in Bangkok
We begin with a welcoming cocktail party and 2 hours of general discussions covering topics about foreigners interested in living (full or part time) in Thailand, ranging from legal and immigration issues, investment, insurance etc.

Day 02 : June 15th : Bangkok - Hua Hin - Bangkok
Day trip to Hua Hin returning to Bangkok in the evening. Tour focuses on 3 developments and a short bus tour of Hua Hin. Followed by a short seminar answering real estate, legal issues, and health care concerns.

Day 03 : June 16th : Bangkok - Pattaya - Airport - Phuket
One day trip to Pattaya and back to Bangkok Airport in the afternoon. The tour will focus on 3 developments, which we will be visit. Then a short bus tour of Pattaya, followed by a seminar about retirement and investment in Thailand. We will the be wisked off to the airport and spend an evening in Phuket!

Day 04 : June 17th : Phuket - Bangkok
The tour will then focus on 3 developments in this tropical paradise! A bus tour of Phuket City is planned, followed by yet another seminar on social and legal laws in the Kingdom, as well as investment in Thailand. Finally a flight back to Bangkok in the late afternoon.
